SSC Napoli is delighted to announce that Antonio Vergara has signed a new contract until 30 June 2031, with an option for an extension.
Antonio came through the Napoli youth academy and made his senior debut in our win over Sassuolo at Mapei Stadium on 23 August 2025.
He scored his first goal for the club against Chelsea in the Champions League on 28 January 2026 – a stunning effort that sent the Maradona faithful into raptures. Three days later he notched his first Serie A strike in our home win over Fiorentina.
So far, Vergara has made 19 appearances in all competitions and won the Italian Super Cup.
