SSC Napoli have announced that Matteo Politano has signed a new deal until 30 June 2028.
Matteo made his Napoli debut on 3 February 2020 in a 4-2 away win against Sampdoria. His first goal for the club came on 19 July the same year against Udinese, a match-winning strike in the Azzurri’s 2-1 victory. On 14 September 2022 he scored his first Champions League goal, giving Napoli the lead in a 3-0 victory away at Ibrox against Rangers.
Politano has made 238 appearances for the Azzurri, scoring 34 goals and providing 35 assists. He has also won two Scudetti and one Coppa Italia with the club.
