The El Ceramista restaurant, located at the Estadio de la Ceramica in Villarreal, hosted the official UEFA lunch today for the delegations from Villarreal CF and SSC Napoli, ahead of Matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League league phase.
The delegations from both clubs, led by Villarreal CF President Fernando Roig Alfonso and SSC Napoli Vice President Edoardo De Laurentiis, enjoyed a pleasant meal alongside UEFA Delegate Anthony Bloch.
During the lunch, SSC Napoli presented their hosts with "Il Corsiero del Sole" (The Steed of the Sun), a polychrome bronze sculpture created by Antonio Nocera for the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League season. This piece of art is another collaboration with the artist, which began last season, and pays tribute to the historic club emblem, celebrating Napoli’s history and identity.
