The SSC Napoli Membership is the Club’s loyalty program that allows you to play, challenge other fans, and win exclusive prizes and unforgettable experiences directly from the app or the official website.
Two plans are available:
Free – Sign up for free to access exclusive content and participate in games, quizzes, and predictions with the chance to win dedicated prizes.
Premium – Enjoy the full experience: take part in Premium contests with exclusive leaderboards and prizes, receive a €25 voucher to use on our e-commerce, and access a reserved sales phase with the opportunity to purchase tickets for Napoli home matches.
You can register for the Membership in two ways:
From the website: After registering or logging into the SSC Napoli website, visit https://sscnapoli.it/membership/ and select “Become a Member”. A new page will open where you can activate the Free Membership (required before upgrading to Premium). Click “Get Membership”, enter the requested information, and you will instantly become a Free Member.
From the app: After registering or logging into the app, tap the icon with your initials at the top right. At the bottom of the screen, you will find a blue banner that says “Your Membership is ready!”. Tap the banner, enter the required information, and your Free Membership registration will be completed.
Yes, you must first register as a Free Member. Once the free registration is completed, you can upgrade to the Premium Membership for €75.
After registering for the Membership (either Free or Premium), you can participate in the contests available on the app and official website, subject to providing the necessary consents. Earn points by joining quizzes, predictions, and challenges, climb the monthly and annual rankings, and win prizes and unforgettable experiences. Each month, you can also try your luck with Instant Win opportunities.

The €25 voucher is one of the benefits reserved for Premium Members and can be used on the SSC Napoli official e-commerce (https://store.sscnapoli.it/it/). The voucher redemption code will be sent by e-mail, to the address used during registration, starting from the fourteenth day after the activation of the Premium Membership. The voucher will be valid until the end of the sports season following the one in which it was issued.
Yes, Premium Members have access to a reserved sales phase for purchasing tickets to Napoli home matches. This phase takes place before the general sale and after the priority phase reserved for Fidelity Card holders.
The Premium Membership is valid for 12 months from the subscription date and can be renewed at its natural expiration. If the Premium Membership is not renewed, the user will return to the Free level.
