Congratulations are in order for Matteo Politano after he played for the 300th time in Serie A.
Since joining Napoli in 2020, Matteo is second in the Napoli appearance ranks (157) behind captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo (167). Politano is the Azzurri player with the most goals straight after a dribble (four). His goalscoring record for the club currently reads 26 goals and 20 assists, which included telling contributions to lifting the Coppa Italia and clinching the Scudetto.
Since the start of the 2023/24 campaign, Politano is the Napoli player to have created the most chances in Serie A (85). He reached the previous of milestone of 200 appearances in all competitions on 21 September as a Napoli player.
