Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has been named the Player of the Month for March by the Italian Footballers’ Association (AIC) for his outstanding Serie A performances throughout the month.
Kvara bagged two goals in the league, including a splendid strike against Atalanta which AIC described in its article about the award for the club’s Georgian wizard as follows: “That goal against Atalanta is another example of a goal with his signature all over it. It’s the work of an established artist whose style we’ve all been learning about.”
Kvara was also named the AIC Player of the Month for August at the start of the current campaign.
