The Italian was born on 22 March 1997 in Udine.
President Aurelio De Laurentiis and everyone at the club wishes Alex many happy returns.
Meret is the goalkeeper with the most Napoli appearances to his name in the three-points-for-a-win era. In addition, he is the shotstopper who has played the most times in major European competitions for the club (42 – 24 in the Champions League and 18 in the Europa League).
