Alisson made his official debut for Napoli on 10 February 2026 in the match Coppa Italia between Napoli and Como. Five days later, he scored his first goal for Napoli in the game against Roma at the Maradona, which ended in a 2-2 draw.
He has made 19 appearances and scored four goals for the club to date.
