The Napoli midfielder was born on 16 November 1995 in Younde, Cameroon.

Anguissa made his debut for the Azzurri on 11 September 2021 in Napoli v Juventus. He scored his first goal for Napoli on 7 September 2022 in the 4-1 win against Liverpool at the Maradona.
