Romanian referee Istvan Kovacs will head up the officiating team for Napoli’s Champions League quarter-final first-leg fixture against Milan on Wednesday.
He’ll be joined by assistants Vasile Marinescu and Mihai Artene, fourth official Horetiu Fesnic, and VARs Bastian Dankert and Marco Fritz.
Kovacs has refereed two previous Azzurri matches:
Genk 0-0 Napoli on 2 October 2019 in the Champions League group stage
Barcelona 1-1 Napoli on 17 February 2022 in the Europa League play-off.
