Napoli are fired up and confident about making a strong start to their European campaign, says Rudi Garcia.
Speaking to the gathered media the day before the game against Braga, the boss insisted the Azzurri are keen to put their recent Serie A wobbles behind them and get stuck into their Champions League Group C opener.
"We've come to Portugal to win, with confidence and belief,” he began.
“We're really up for this competition and I'm sure we'll be ready to produce a top performance tomorrow.
“I'm calm and relaxed. I speak to the president regularly and everything is going well. We do need to be more efficient because we're not scoring much considering all the chances we're creating.
"Unfortunately we've conceded goals even when we weren't really troubled but I think this will improve and we'll get better defensively.”
Do you expect more from Victor Osimhen and Kvichva Kvaratskhelia?
“Our whole squad is important, not just individual players or the starting XI. Osimhen has scored a brace and we're certain he'll be decisive on other occasions. Kvara was held back by an injury in pre-season but I've spoken to him and he's calm and determined to make a difference again. He's a top player and he'll show it.”
