Lecce - Napoli's title charge continued apace with a 2-1 victory away at Lecce. Captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo put the visitors a goal to the good within 20 minutes, and Napoli went into the break cruising. However they were to suffer a setback early on in the second half as the hosts equalised. Luck was to be on Napoli's side though, as shortly after Antonio Gallo put the ball in his own net.
Napoli held on to pick up all three points, bouncing back from last weekend's disappointment against Milan to soar 19 points clear at the top of Serie A.
