Previous meetings
Napoli and Como have faced off 19 times in Naples before, with 14 wins for the Neapolitans (the most recent a 3-1 in Serie A 2024/25), three draws (the last one being a 1-1 in the 2025/26 Coppa Italia, with Como winning 7-6 on penalties) and two wins for Como (most recently a 0-1 victory in Serie B in 2003/04).
The Azzurri have found the net in 16 of the 19 previous matches played in Naples, with a total of 42 goals. The only times they failed to score were two goalless draws in 1948/49 Serie B and 2025/26 Serie A, and that 1-0 defeat in Serie B 2003/04.

Como are unbeaten in six games across last season and this one, recording four wins and two draws, and conceding just twice while keeping four clean sheets. They haven't lost since a 3-2 reverse away to Inter in the Coppa Italia semi-final on 21 April.
This will be the third match-up between Massimiliano Allegri and Cesc Fabregas. Their two meetings in the 2025/26 season ended with the current Napoli (then Juventus) coach winning one and drawing one.
Against Genoa last week, Antonio Vergara notched his fourth goal for the club and his first away from home.
