Mario Rui and Alex Meret have sustained muscle injuries. The Portuguese has a medium-grade left thigh muscle injury while the goalkeeper has a left tibial muscle strain.
Both players underwent examinations at the Pineta Grande clinic, which confirmed the injuries. They have now begun their respective treatment programmes.
Victor Osimhen was absent from training on Wednesday with the flu.
