After Sunday evening’s goalless draw against Bologna, Napoli got back to it with a Monday morning training session at the SSCN Konami Training Centre.
The Azzurri are preparing to face Udinese on Wednesday at the Stadio Maradona in the midweek match for Serie A Matchday 6.
The squad was split into two groups. Those who played the full 90 minutes yesterday evening did recovery work in the gym.
The rest of the team started off with possession-based drills and then played a match on a small pitch. The players finished the session with tactical exercises.
Pierluigi Gollini did personalised work on the pitch.
Amir Rrahmani trained in the pool and the gym. He also had physiotherapy.
After withdrawing from training yesterday, Juan Jesus underwent diagnostic tests this morning at Clinica Pineta Grande. The tests revealed a first-degree hamstring strain to his left leg.
