Victor Osimhen has stressed that his priority is to win with Napoli – with or without his goals.
Another strike in Saturday's win over Udinese took the Nigerian to the top of the Serie A scoring charts, but he says the capocannoniere title is very much secondary.
"I want to win with this team, with Napoli,” he explained. “If I get the top scorer award as well, so much the better, but what really matters is achieving something important with my team-mates.
“[Eljif] Elmas put in a wonderful delivery and I got my head on it. I'm happy because it opened the scoring for us and it wasn't an easy game.
“Udinese showed what a good side they are and we know there are no easy games even when we have the lead.
“We're a great close-knit group and we know how to scrap too, as we showed tonight.”
