Napoli will waste no time mulling over Wednesday's defeat to Inter and look to bounce straight back against Sampdoria, says Matteo Politano.
The Azzurri were beaten 1-0 at San Siro and the Italy winger admits their performance was below par.
"We didn't play as well as we know we can. We were missing our usual sparkle but we kept battling away to the end.
“We're disappointed because we needed to move the ball around more quickly and we weren't able to play the right passes.
"You can't always be at your best and against a side like Inter if you make mistakes you get punished. It was an important match but not decisive. There's a long way to go. We're already looking forward.
“We'll get stuck into training again tomorrow and focus on Sampdoria. We know we must perform better than we did today but we're confident in our ability.”
