Napoli Primavera followed in the footsteps of the senior team by beating their Juventus U19 counterparts in the league on Saturday.
The Azzurri Under-19s took the lead after ten minutes of play when Spavone latched onto the end of Alastuey's cross
Spavone made it 2-0 shortly before the break when he pounced first on the ball in the box.
Juventus upped the pressure in the second period and halved the deficit 15 minutes from time through Hasa.
But Napoli saw out the game to make it back-to-back wins over the Bianconeri after their Coppa Italia victory last week.
