Matchday 3 of the League Phase of the UEFA Champions League will see Napoli face PSV on Tuesday 21 October at 21:00 CEST. German referee Daniel Siebert will take charge of the match, assisted by Jan Seidel and Rafael Foltyn. Daniel Schlager will assume the role of fourth official, while Christian Dingert and Basian Dankert will be responsible for VAR.
