Giacomo Raspadori was thrilled to be part of the 2-0 win over Empoli at the Stadio Maradona on Tuesday evening and took stock of the team’s impressive run of form.
“It was another demonstration of what we’re about. It wasn’t easy out there.
“We’re pleased because Empoli showed their strength in their approach tonight and we did well to steer the result our way.
“We’re happy about the way we’re playing. We have a quality group and whoever comes on can make a telling contribution.
“Our strength lies in our squad and the belief we have in what we’re capable of. We’re all working hard and pulling in the same direction in the hunt for the same team goal. We have to keep it up because there’s a long way to go and we want to be involved right until the end.”
