Michael Fabbri has been chosen to take charge of Roma v Napoli this coming Sunday. He will be assisted by Bindoni and Tegoni, while Feliciani will be the fourth official. Meraviglia and Abisso will be on VAR duties.

It’s set to be Fabbri’s 144th Serie A match, and his 11th so far this season.

Roma have gone unbeaten in seven of their last eight matches with Fabbri in charge (five wins, two draws), having lost three of the previous four.

Meanwhile, Napoli have only lost one of the 14 games in Serie A that Fabbri has officiated for them (seven wins, six draws), a 3-1 defeat to Hellas Verona in January 2021.

Sampdoria is the only team Fabbri has shown more red cards to (four) than Napoli in Serie A – three, tied with Fiorentina and Hellas Verona.
