"It's a great shame but we gave our all in this game. We weren't as amazing as usual but we were really unlucky." Giovanni Simeone scored a great header and also had the chance to seal the game against Cremonese. He gave his thoughts following the Coppa Italia clash:
"We had various chances to seal the game when we were 2-1 up. I could've won in in added time but my shot hit both the post and crossbar. Sometimes good or bad luck is the determining factor."
"We didn't underestimate Cremonese, in fact we fought hard for the whole 120 minutes. Unfortunately we were sluggish compared to our normal selves. It's a shame but we need to bounce back quickly in Salerno on Saturday."
