SSC Napoli, in collaboration with TicketOne, is setting up a new digital platform aimed – among other things – at streamlining stadium access procedures for fans with disabilities.
During the period of time required to implement this procedure, we will not be able to issue new codes. Instead, the over 2,000 codes issued and used during the 2024/25 season will remain valid, thus guaranteeing access to the available seats for a large number of fans and that full capacity of these seats will be reached.
The temporary inconvenience due to this circumstance will be compensated by streamlined and more efficient digital procedures, which the club and TicketOne – with the utmost respect for the categories in question – are committed to rolling out as soon as possible.
